Sounds Great Brandon!!! Looking forward to the results. Dick
Thanks Dick 🙂 working on your site today.
Brandon,
That’s awesome! I don’t see this feature on my website. When will it be active on my site? I love that you guys are always fixing the “holes”! My biggest issue is that customers using their phones to place orders can bypass the cut off date and time and are able to place orders for the same day delivery. In just the past two weeks, I have had to call three customers and disappoint them by telling them their orders could not be delivered the same day. They don’t want to hear all the glitches in my website stories, nor do I blame them. It’s quite embarrassing and unprofessional. There has to be a way for Epic to fix this scenario. With more and more customers placing their orders via mobile, I expect this situation to become more and more distressing. Not only am I losing these orders, but I fear I am losing these potential clients forever. Please fix this hole!
I just spoke with a fellow NJ florist yesterday, raving about your website. I expect he will contact you. I truly believe Epic is top notch!
Your #1 cheerleader,
Dianne
I really admire you guys for looking for ways to make things better and doing what works rather that what is easy.
Wow, coming from a floral rock star Mark, that is really nice of you to say. 🙂 We love http://www.floristware.com !
